Now if we could only get a camera crew to film the build and put it on TV.  I'm betting it would be much more entertaining/informative than trying to watch those morons in New York.:smirk:

i believe you said (eddie.S.) high 50's for hp, was that correct or a typo/brainfart ? i know you build a kick ass engine around 50hp for not too much money, but almost 60hp - doesn't that mean some extras that aren't cheap  ? would it effect reliability much ?

rock on :smirk:

no typo. the SM bike will have a mild version of the 60hp motors i build. mild only because we dont want to worry about what fuel is in it.

the off road bike will have a 50hp motor, but it will be unique to it self.

realibility is directly related to use and care.

I am also very curious what you think the approx price will be....been seriously considering a 690 for the up coming summer.  This would be an evil alternative :smirk: :bonk:

Eddie, I might have missed this in another thread, but any reason for an "E" rear shock and not an "SM"?

also, please excuse the mess. we are literally bursting at the seems space wise. we are having a new state of the art facility built as we speak. we hope to be operating from there the first week of april. the building we are now was never designed to handle the type of volume we are experiencing.

we are running the RM forks at full height so the E shock matches. i would need to limit the travel of the forks in order to run a sm shock. there is no advantage to a SM hardware wise. same shock as far as that goes.

i can girnd the foot pegs in half on a SM so we prefer to keep the bikes tall.

Is that a stock flywheel or the lighter Trail Tech?  I've got the light weight Trail Tech flywheel, I just haven't decided if I want to use it.
