I need to get some new boots as I have had the same pair of boots for almost 10 years. The problem is that all the new nice boots are fastened by buckles...not velcro like my ol beaters are. I have real big calves and wide feet and want some recommendations for boots so I know in advance what I am looking at spending. I ride open desert mostly as well as a few trips to glamis a year and I try to ride twice a month if that effects anybodies recommendations...

Thanks

I have some AXO's that have too much calf room. I did a search for them and I can't believe how cheap they are. I love mine, 2 years old with no problems. Curious what others think. I think they are the best cheap boot around.

Top clasp is velcro by the way.

I'm 6'6", run 265 pounds and wear a size 13 EEEE....I recently purchased a pair of size 13 O'Neal M900 boots and they fit great! I have the calf straps almost all of the way in, so there is a lot or room for expansion.

I couldn't even get my foot into many of the other brands with the same size.
