Has anybody been there yet this year? I MAY shell out the 50 bucks if someone can tell me it's worth it. Looking at a youtube video the track looked so dry and hardpacked that it was cracking. From the looks of the video it doesn't look like a 50 dollar a day track unless someone can tell me otherwise!

Yes it is worth if you can afford it too much expensive for 50 bucks.Yes most indoor tracks are hardpack.
