Wow, cleaned up nice! I'd rather have the inside look as good as that does than the outside looking flashy.

Did you tally up all your receipts? Just curious what it ended up costing in the end.
And if you had it to do all over again, would you?

It all looks original except the floor which cant be more than a couple of box's...the sill is a couple of 2x's, the shower stall........The rest looks to be labor and a real good cleaning.

The material itself was nothing.
30.00 worth of Plywood.
80.00 for the flooring.
20.00 maybe for the 2x2s and 2x4s etc.
40.00 for all the fasteners.
Spent around 100.00 on random parts from Camping World to replace old parts.
Tub was 75.00. New bathroom faucet was 20.00
Installing a new rear bumper today. 4x4 metal, that was 70.00 for a 10' length.
Around 4 cases of Bud Light.
All in all the cost wasn't too bad.
The expensive stuff was normal wear and tear items. Tires, new batteries, etc.
Chances are you would have to replace most of that on a used trailer as well.
Glad i rebuilt this trailer and will continue to improve this thing for a year or two more.
Fun project for sure. Considering i would have never purchased one brand new I say this was worth it.
Next weekend is the first weekend out. More updates then.

I'm going to be starting on my trailer here in the next week, gotta deal with that soft spot in the floor. The cabinets, shower, etc are all good, just mushy near the door from the caulking being bad around it.
Figure $500 tops.

Check this guys setup he is selling. Basically the same version i have. He's got his pretty dialed.
If i can put 3k - 4k into mine over the next 2 years and then sell it for at least 4k in the end i would be happy.

WOW, around here he'd be laughed out of town at that price.
But, then there is the old saying "Location, location, location"
