I have a quick simple question. I am curious if I can use a rear axel out of an 09 in my 06. I recently purchased a Trickstand and it stores in the center of the axel, as it requires a 3/4" hole and my 06 axel doesn't have that size hole.

No, '09 axle is bigger. You would have to use an '09 swingarm, wheel, spacers, caliper bracket, etc, etc.
