Fuel mileage stock vs. modified

Just wondering how much it kills the mileage from stock to just cutting open the airbox and rejetting, just trying to figure if it'll hamper the bikes ability to complete an entire loop of singletrack. Also can someone give me a link to drilling out the brass plug to access the fuel screw for adjustment, i've tried to do a search but i cannot come up with anything. Its for a 05 125L
