Can I take a 05-11 yz450f front brake line(cr style routing) and bolt it on my 02 yz426f?

The line will fit, but there is no place to clamp it to on the early fork guards, and the newer guards don't fit. Lightspeed used to make a set of white plastic late style guards for the '04 and earlier bikes, but I don't know if they still do.

You can take the little black line clamp on the bottom of your existing forks and drill some holes in the fork leg protector and mount it that way (turn it sideways). I used safety wire also. It will run inside the fork tube like the Honda. I did this on all my 2000 and up yz's.
