I run 756s like EGO, and really like them. But Dirt Rider or some other magazine just did a tire shootout for soft-med terrain tires, and a different tire won (I forget which one). I have the article at home so I'll check it tonight -- unless somebody else has it handy?

Dunlop D773 on the front. Works well on everything from Bull Gap (Mio) & Geels to the Silver Lake Dunes. D756 on the rear for trails, 8 paddle for the dunes.

Found it. The August DirtBike magtazine did the soft/med terrain shootout, and the Michelin S12 won. The 756 was mid-pack, and the Michelin M12 was last. Just don't mix up the M/S when you order! :) :D

I couldn't find the tire size info at the Dunlop site, so here's a link to the Michelin site:

Click on FAQs, and then on "How Tire Sizes Are Measured"

140 mm wide, 80% of tire width (this is how tall the side walls are, a 40 would be like the low profile tires for a sports car), 18" diameter (rim size)

I live in Mi also. I love the 756's and the older 752's if you can find one. I have also heard great things about the s-12's. I have never ran one though.

The 773's are a little too soft for Mi. They wear out too quick. They are more for pure mud and sand. A friend put some on mid summer and they are near gone already.

I usually get a summer outta a set of 756's ridding at least once a week.
