well after trying to have one of the local machine shops bore the swingarm and getting a reply of 5-6 weeks, i decided to buy a boring head and bar set and do it myself. there were some other options that i had discussed with someon else but went this route. I also found that I had to change up my master cyl bracket to clear the hose.

Nice work, wish I had the tools to do that. Maybe someday. The machine shop by me is also really slow (actually, really busy so it takes a long time to get my stuff done). It would be nice if I could schedule it and drop it off a day or two before hand like the mechanic.

great looking build. Getting ready to build my daughters up, she is pretty excited after riding my wifes all summer.

I was looking at your gear shifter. I haven't seen on like that, or it just looks different from that angle from what I have seen. If you don't mind me askin, what did you do to come up with that?

it's the stock shifter. i cut it off and then bent it at the length that fit me and welded it back on aliminating that crappy linkage
