Just found this image of Debbie Evans in the Winter 1978 / 1979 edition of the Yamaha Circuit Magazine :
Sadly, TT's image auto resize adjusts the photo to a rather pathetic size, but I think you will just about get the spirit of what she could / can acheive on a motorcycle !
