Well the riding is pretty much over in No. Utah so today I pulled down the rear linkage of my 02 WR426 and re-greased it :busted:

I don't know the service history on my bike before a year ago so I'm kinda wondering what you guy's do to your WR/YZ 400-450's powertrain during the off season to prevent issues for the next year? Should I replace the timing chain just to be safe? What else should I look at and/or replace in the motor? Kinda vague I know but would appreciate any advice or tips,

Andrew

EDIT: Crap, sorry this was supposed to be in the WR forum :busted:
