I have lost 2 vent hoses lately off the gas cap :busted:. Does anyone have a remedy to secure the vent hose to the gas cap? There does not appear to be enough room to safety wire it on although I am not real good with the safety wire pliers so not sure as I have not tried. I have not tried any glue. Ideas??

A dab of silicone will keep it on while still allowing it to be removed if needed.

Just don't block the hole.

Prob best idea. I will look for some silicone that is not affected by gasoline. Yes a little dab only.

Those caps eventually clog and restrict air flow.
