I stripped the drain plug on the right side "siting down" or on the brake lever side. Didnt take much. Anyway to fix it without pulling the motor? Any idea on how many hours a shop would charge to pull and fix this?

Thanks...

At minimum, the engine will have to be mostly unbolted and tilted in the chassis. No idea on the shop charge.

Did your strip the bolt head while removing or the threads while tightening? I assume the later but not sure.
