Asking help for a non-english speaking friend

-His bike is a '07 YZ450f

-His weight= 210 lbs.

-he rides in the vet class (MX only)

He resprung the bike for his weight but he needs to know where he can find information on how to set his stock suspension clikers to make the most out of it. He used to ride Kawasaki & usually the team green site has this type of information so he's wondering if there's such a thing for yamaha. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I know there are general guidelines in the back of the owners manual. If he doesn't have one, hopefully someone here can post the link on where to find one online..

Yeah, the links to the owners manuals online are listed in the FAQ section at the top of the YZ450 forum. Manuals tend to just say start with the clickers in the middle of the range and go from there. Other than that, are there any local suspension tuners that he can ask? Local suspension guys tend to be able to help set up a bike for riding conditions in that area pretty well.
