I see the purchase of SpeedVision by Fox as a good thing.

Speedvision was and still is a poorly operated business. This is evident in the fact that it's costly and difficult to get by the masses, and is often filled with weak programming and coverage.

In addition to this, Fox is a marketing engine, and they know enough about their consumers to know that it's not all about NASCAR.

So don't lose too much sleep over this.
