My son's 110 seems very hard to kick. It does start pretty quick but takes a strong leg. Is that the nature of this bike or is there some maintanance that can be done to make the kick a little smoother and easier.

Thanks for the help!

My guess is there is not much that can be done -- other than buying the electric start model, that is :-)

If the bike is not broken in yet, I suppose it might loosen up just a tiny, tiny bit. But other than that, I can't think of any maintenance item that can be performed to make it easier to start.

My only other idea? Is there an aftermarket kickstarter? Perhaps a longer or shorter or differently designed kickstarter might make it a little easier.
