So i made some time for the cylinder work i spoke about a few days ago. Here are some before and after pics of the ports and r/c valve butterfly arm along with a power valve clean up. Man they had so much caked on the bike is going to rip now with how much more less restrictive the intake and exhaust tunnels are! Braaaaap!!

Hey guys it has been awhile but i have been working on the 250 lately as i had My leg rodded last Thursday the 5th finally going to start to heal and looking to get back on the bike around July i hope.

I ordered all read plastics number plates also along with a 09 finder so that will be fresh. Stuff in the works is striping my stock pipe to have a raw look of a fmf fatty or pc works! Along with popping the small dents out of the pipe also. New bars as the Cr High have to much sweep and just to high for my liking i'm thinking about RC bend or i think is the 998 style. less sweep and height! Bike is almost ride able so i'm stoked. Thanks for reading and posting on my thread it does mean a lot. I love this site i think it has keeps me sane while i have been out injured sense November 6th.

Man I feel ya about not riding due to injury. I've only been out a little less than 3 weeks with a fractured collarbone but its still no fun.  Im hoping to be back to riding about the same time (hopefully earlier) but in the mean time I'm also working on my bike.  Post some pics when you get the new plastics,  in the mean time heal up!

Hey, are you the same Severn from Okinawa?  I was one of the old guys riding over there when you were on your RM80.  I think I gave you a pair of my old boots one time!  I was buddies with Scott the guy that owned your CR125 before you.  We raced that bike in a few beach raes over there!  Hope your leg heals soon!

Nah, this is Mike.  I used to ride and camp with Dube up at the golf course (the pic in my profile is from there!)  The last beach race we did on your 125, Scott, Me, and Robby were a team.

No, I never had a 450 over there.  I rode Ed's and Dube's a few times but I had the CRF250 in the pic.  I live in Arizona now and still ride.

I have never ridden in SoCal but I want to get over there sometime.  I hear Cahuilla is a sweet track.
