ha! I have a pit midget too. Good looking bike. I have a 2002 CR125 that has maybe 20 hrs total on it. It just sits in the garage and gets used as a kicker bike. I have often thougt about trading the 125 out for another 250 but i know i will miss her. The women dont know how nice it is having their support. Mine has been supporting for 13 married years. It makes it easier on the both of you. I see a ton of guys that dont have that support. Sucks to be them!

Thank you everyone for the reply's it was a great feat for me to get the bike done on time. I just did a few heat cycles and rode it about 15 min just at a 1/4 throttle to start break in. tomorrow will be the first test of what she is going to put to the ground!!! than Saturday practice and Sunday morning is just going to come to fast haha! The PWK AS seem to be really crisp so far but i need to adjust the idle a little. Has anyone had a problem with the pwk that the initial twist on the throttle has a lot more resistance but loosens up right after a 1/8 throttle. HMMM kinda weird?

Yeah it is the stock 2002 one. I know alot of other owners who have done the pwk carb buy the 2002 cable because it is a little longer i thing like 2 inches. idk and it only seems to stick when it is running. Does not do it while setting still.

see if you can find a 00 cable, i know the ends a little smaller on the mikuni cable, but not sure if it would be causing your problem
