This was a Moc fit up that is why the rad's are not bolted down and the plastics and no bolts in them. Just to let you all know!

I used the freezer method for popping the dents out of my pipe with a Okay result so i chose to add more water and it split. on the a inside seem. I am having it welded

up and sand blasted raw. I could of went with a PC or FMF works /fatty pipe but everyone does this and you don't see to many Raw stock pipe at the track. Plus this

bike rips how it sets. I will have some pics up soon. Only thing next is to install the ss brake line, new clutch cable, shorty fork bleeders, and red fork guards but i am

waiting to switch the plastics till i have a new set of graphics and numbers maid. The bike will have a complete red set up idk what direction i will go with the graphics

though. Any suggestions are great!!

Ebay under cr250r radiators there are a few company's that sell them under there name, but they all come from china. Good quality as far as i have read and can tell.

They only cost me a 122 buck and that's with the red hoses.!!!

Dude its no problem man. I know that the 2002 -2007 are all the same. I do not know why they post 03 and newer but they fit older bikes as well. They might fit the 01's also i know there are a few parts that interchange between the bikes gen's being 2ed and 3rd

Just got the pipe back from the welding shop and he did a crap shit job. I refused to pay and the sandblasting had not been completed yet so i patched the pipe up with some steel putty kinda like JB weld but i have PC works or Fatty in the books soon. I didn't want to go this way but the welder really &%$#@!ed it up! I would love to get a DOMA for it but 290$ just for a pipe is steep. More pics coming soon I just got the brake line and parts in tonight.

Yeah i was looking at that but i had a friend re weld it and than i used the steel putty just for safety. I am just glad it broke on the inside seem so it can not be seen with out looking very hard and under the bike. I think i will just get a PC works as i can get a new one for about 135$ I know it only helps with power a little up top but i love the look. Thanks for the post though!! Shubitup!

I will have to see I am sponsored by a shop i only pay 15% over cost when i bought my PC pipe for my 125 i think it was 135$ so maybe the 250 will be a little more but its still a hell of a savings over 205 everywhere else!! I wish i could help out man. :ride:

Nice looking bike. I know how you feel about being injured. I broke my shoulder in the beginning of summer. Broke the humerous head completly off the humerous. 4th gear skimming a whoops section and the bike highsided. Was down from riding for 4 months.  I had a nice 03 cr250 but i just sold it and picked up a 07 cr250..
