Do you guys think a 2.0bar cap would crack my stock radiators on my 99 yz 400f? or do u think i should go with a 1.4 or 1.6cap?

2.0 is too far to go. I put a 1.3 on mine along with a good radiator flush even if it looks clean inside, and fresh coolant with a dose of amsoil coolant boost. Now I can ride a slow hot day with some hillclimbing wfo and not lose my coolant.:)

Just make sure you bike never sits idling ... if the cap fits no real issue ... its all about temp. if a 2.0 fits ok it will not crack anything!
