2009 yz450f clutch

I just bought new OEM clutch kit and my question is, do I have to soak it in oil? If so, for how long and is there anything else I should know.

yes i always soak my new clutch overnight,pretty simple fix just watch what you are doing and take your time.

Some people say that you do, others do not. I have never seen any kind of premature clutch wear when it's not soaked.
