I'm going to say, not for the YZ, although with the 426, you can use a WR426 flywheel and stator. Contact Ricky Stator.

do you know if a 1999 wr400 stator and flywheel will work on my 2001 yz426?

I believe so, but it's not as powerful as the WR426.

Either one will need a simple modification to work with the YZ ignition, though.
