Time to service my linkage but it is a bit of a different set up then I'm use to. The collars in the rely arm slide back and forth a little bit but i can't push them out either side. Is there a trick to it? do the seal have to come out first.

The colars are #21 in the picture. again they slide freely back and forth but won' push out of either side to access the bearings.

After popping out the metal caps (#22), with a small screwdriver, the collars should slide straight out. No tricks needed.
