Well to start off I have tried to start the bike in almost 2 years. Pulled it out this morning to have my son see if he is tall enough to ride. First kick fired right up. Rode a round the house and it started to puke oil out of the breather or over flow. What would make it do this?

something somewhere in the motor is clogged ie a seal. I think it could be a valve seal but I can remember. I've seen this before once or twice but cant remember what the problem was.

It should be a return hole, not seal that is clogged.  Good luck

I wonder if that micron filter that is in the case could be clogged and cause this? Its on the clutch side
