Just checked the valves on my 07 wr 450( that has so many miles ,it looks like a 20 year old bike)Still in spec.Anybody else go that long on a high miles.:eek:

Anybody else.... its just about EVERYBODY else that experiences amazing valve life if you take care of the bike and do basic maintenance.

My 05 has taken a fair amount of abuse since I've owned it and looks like it. I've only replace the piston and the waterpump seals for the engine. (I recommend everyone do that BEFORE it goes and leaves you stranded.)

I am still on the original top end and original valve setting on my 2006. I do however go through 2 sets of tires per season.
