Hi All

Have a 05 KLX110 that was running fine till my boy turned it off last week and went to restart and no go. Turned out to be the neutral selector sensor which I have since replaced. However after taking the bike of the stand I now can't get it to go into gear, either running or when it is turned off?? I have tried the clutch adjustment with no joy.

Anyone know what may be wrong or where to start looking? It makes a clicking sound when you lift the gear lever up like it is changing gear but doesn't actually engage.

Regards
Gav

just ordered the parts tonight to fix our 110 pit bike it did the same thing the shifter star broke one of the pegs off of it ! cost about * dollars for a new one . you have to take the right side cover off and remove the clutch and kick star ass. to get to it but not too bad butyou will want to look at the case where the kick start sets mine was cracked so I am going to make a sleeve for it I hope ??

shift star pin is most likely broke off. Take off the clutch cover. Remove the clutch pack and you will see the detent star. Takes a 5mm allen key. There should be 5 raised pins on each end of the star. It will make sense once you see it. If all the pins are there then there's something else going on but I'm pretty sure its going to be that.
