Did a search but did not find an answer. I know the 06yz450 exhaust is a good option for a 09yz450. But I have a friend with a 07 stock exhaust. Will the 07 stock exhaust fit and wake up the 09 yz450?

The '08 and '09 are the ones with the restrictive cone design muffler.

I'm using a fmf mega bomb to a stock muffler, it picks up the mid to top and it feels more snappy, Im happy with it

The direct answer to your question is yes the '07 exhaust is better that the stock '09 but it doesn't even compare to the performance of the '06 system.
