clutch help

i just got done putting the motor back together on my yz450 and i put the clutch together the way the manual says but i have no clutch pressure?? when you grab the lever nothing is there? it was fine until we split the cases. is it possible to have put the rod in there wrong or something? and help would be appreciated! Thanks

You should have the long push rod, a ball, then the short push rod with theh release bearing. If your clutch was replaced, you may have to simply take some slack out of the cable.
