Anyone up for some ST tonight and tomorrow night?  I live in Moab but I'm coming up there today and will be around for your ride tomorrow afternoon.  I'd love to get a ride in today also.
I might have to PM someone so I can call and get directions, I've never ridden at AF (ride lots of ST though).

I have to teach guitar lessons tonight, but I'll be riding AF canyon tomorrow night if you'd like to join me.  I'm not a great rider, but I know my way around up there.  I'll pm you my number.

Ironic.  I can't wait to get down to moab to ride/wheel.

If anyone wants to tag along our AF Canyon ride tonight, I'll be at the tibble fork parking lot from 5:45-6PM.  Look for a grey dodge with a trailer with 3 bikes in the back (yz450f, kx250f, and my red CR125).  I wear a purple fox chest protector (came with the bike).

Thanks for tagging along and being patient as I struggled up some of those hills.

Yup, MT-43 rear and a Dunlop 952 up front, I have a Maxxis SI front too, I haven't decided which one I'm putting on.
My last front, the bald one is a Kenda 774? Budds Creek model it was terrible from the start, even before the knobs were gone.

I'm not going to be able to swing it, I've got too much work to do on my truck.  Sorry.  I'll be riding on thursday though.

next ride: Thursday evening up AF canyon.  I'll be excited to try my new carb with RB mods, and I'll be running one tooth smaller up front to help on the steeps.

Nice, I just cleaned my carb, you could eat dinner out of it. I was going to get a smaller/larger sproket, but considering how this thing runs, I don't think there's anything I can't muscle up anymore. I set the needle for the elevation/temp and all that good stuff, I'll see if I can make it out thursday, the main issue is I don't have a truck, without using my dads. Getting my bike there is always the issue.

if you can get your bike to my house (lehi), then we usually have an extra spot on the trailer.

Cool, I'll have to see if I can arrange that, I do live right next to the walmart and the high school right at the base of the canyon, so I'm basically there already, maybe you could swing by or something.

if the construction traffic weren't absolutely terrible down there, we'd probably be able to do it.  My neighbor is driving, and he'll just want to go straight up the canyon.

we should have a good group up there tonight.  Be ready to ride at 6 PM at tibble fork if you'd like to join us.  I'll be on the CR125 with a purple chest guard.
