Recommended Posts

Yeah. very average this year. Might be going green, waiting to see the Suzuki first.

good luck finding one, from what i hear the new suzuki president isnt a fan of moto and their production has suffered. i wouldnt jump on that sinking ship personally....

I have the 2011 RM-Z250 and there are a lot of transmission failures and false neutrals. I need to get a little more time on mine to make sure the tranny is broken in but it doesn't feel good at all and I have had the false neutral. I won't be on Suzuki for 2012.

Disappointing, especially for the 250f crowd. Personally I didn't expect any major changes for the 450, that's not due for another 6-8 years :ride: but for the 250f fuel injection is now long over due.

They say that you can get more power out of a carb, but really I don't think that's true at all with a properly tuned FI throttle body.... You should be making the same power once it's all said and done, if not more considering every day isn't the same temperature for a perfectly jetted carb.

With small changes like these, it looks like I'll just pick

up one of the many left-over '10 YZ450F bikes. :ride:

I was at the dealer this weekend and they still have a 10 on the floor with an $8200 price tag, and another 10 up in the loft area. I'm so tempted to see what kind of price they'd give me but I really shouldn't...

I've seen three at my local dealer with a price of $6499. When you pull that trigger...

be sure to shop around and haggle alot, these bikes are sweet, but with the way the

bike selling economy is right now, it's at the buyers advantage.

I'm still trying to see if I can spend that much, I think these prices are way steep!

Grayracer-

The 2012 450 has a-

'New shift fork locating pin for more precise shifting from second to third'

Wonder if that's connected to the missed gears I suffered between 2nd and 3rd? If it is maybe its something that can be retro-fitted to the '10?
