Daves right, if you are paying cash though, try ronnies first as they will most likely beat troy city buy a few hundred at least just due to no sales tax. If you're financing yourp aying tax either way so whoever is cheaper.

I just bought a brand new 2011 yz450f for 8700 OTD including 2yr extended warranty and it's the special edition model. My payments are 124 a month with 0 down and the 3.99 for 36months from yami.. I bought it at Berta mega mall without the extended warranty the price was 7900 OTD and there is a place in san Juan capristano that has ten for 7786 OTD

124 x 36 = $ 4464.00 a balloon at the end? Your numbers don't add up. (and I'm no Mathematician) According to my math your going to have a balance of 4800 at the end of the 3 years. Ouch. Maybe you could get a job at the GAO!

Dave, on all that fine print on yamaha financing, it pretty much shows theya re going to try and kil you with interest. He is probably right his minimum payment is 124, but after the 3 years it jumps to something like 19 percent. Thast what the guy at troy city told my friend who financed his 2011. Basically if you pay the minimum for the 3 years, and then keep paying the 124 a month after that, you will never pay the bike off because the interest goes up and up after 3 years. Have fun paying 19% on 4800 bucks at the end of the three years.

Wow. The stealerships around here must just figure if somebody wants a bike (or anything for that matter) that people will pay whatever amount they name. I will have to be financing this bike unless I can convince the old man to cosign another personal loan for me to buy the bike straight up but the more I think of that it seems smarter in the long run. Unfortunately my jet ski addiction is gonna force me to hold off on the new bike until the summer starts winding down.

Yeah Dave it is 124 a month for 3yrs so the key is to pay it within those 3yrs.. Also the payment would be 100 bucks a month at 19% after the 3yrs by than I can get any Joe shmo to buy the bike for the remanding balance to get it paid off haha so many craigslist suckers out there and I know 4500 in 3yrs is what people will pay

Or there is always the option to save money for 3 yrs and pay the remainder off right before before the interest jumps up.. Or you could get a fixed 6.99% for 5 yrs or so.. Thats why they're called financing options

I just put a deposit down on a 2011 blue one that I am picking up on Friday, $7500 OTD.

CA has the highest sales taxes though, you can probably do better. I called around quite a bit, and have to drive about 90 miles each way to get it, but I was getting OTD prices up to $8500.

I'm pretty pleased with that price.

Does $6837.00 sound like a good price for a 2011 YZ450F? That's OTD......sales tax and title ...........

My dealer has only one left ........and $6837.00 is the bottom dollar OTD

I'm thinking of getting it since I liked the 2010 so much and it is basically the same bike but will be $1175.00 cheaper than when I bought my 2010.

When did you get it? Today or has it been awhile?

I believe I'm going to get the 2011 Tuesday since my buddy that owns the Yamaha shop has one and said he would give me a good deal on it, which was OTD for $6837.00 IMO that would be a hard deal to pass up on a new 450.

Seems like I gave $6400.00 for my 06 if I'm not mistaken and that is just a $400.00 difference from 06 to 2011 in a 5 year period.

Dealership in Altus, OK. Been about a month.

Sounds like a good deal for 6.5K. I would be all over it for that price.
