What are the requirements to ride in colorado national forest if you are from a different state. I would like to ride my quad in the national forest.

You also need a non-resident ohv decal for dirt bike and atv. Cost 25.25

Also, as dry as I hear it is a small fire extinguisher and shovel might not be a bad idea either.
