After my rebuild and mods this winter I have my bike tuned now to give some new specs. Basically changes were the Vortex ignition, Phathead with higher compression, retarded timing and heavier crank.

RM Year: 2003

RM engine size: 250

Carb mods(PowerNow, Wings, JDJetting, ect..): none

Air Filter (stock?) Uni filter

Main jet: 178

Pilot Jet: 45

Needle model/Clip position: N8RH 3rd clip

Air screw: 2-2.5

Altitude where you ride: 0- 2500ft

Temps: 70's

Reeds: Vforce 3

Pipe/silencer: 3mm exhaust spacer, Gnarly pipe, PC304 silencer

Head mod: Phathead running 1 point higher compression.

Other mods(FWW, ect.): 10 oz Stealhy FWW, 04 crank (heavier), Vortex ignition, Hinson clutch

Type of fuel: 50/50 Avgas 100LL and 91 no ethanol pump

Type of Premix/Ratio: 25:1 Amsoil Interceptor

Type of Trans oil: 10w40

Type of riding(MX, trails/technical, desert ect): Mix of woods racing and MX

Where in the powerband do you ride (Lugger/Bottom End, or Wide Open - Top End): Lug in the tight ugly stuff, wide open in the open stuff and MX track

Rear Tire: 110/90-19

Gearing (sprokets): 13/51

Degree of satisfaction: 95% - doesn't start as easy as I would like sometimes (first kick hot, third cold is were I'd like to be, can take up to 3 hot, cold is usually there)

And finally: how much spooge 1) none, 2) little, 3) medium, 4) lots: none

Notes: Other mods

Timing slightly retarded

PV preload backed off 1/8 of a turn.

My dream bike. With the Vortex ignition this bike is a raving beast on the MX track, but with a flick of a switch she becomes a KTM kitten in the nasty stuff. Higher compression gives lots more grunt of the bottom and with my timing slightly retarded I still have strong top end. I run through the gears really fast now with the increased power but I still like to keep the 51 tooth rear sprocket for the ugly woods. I should probably run a 49-48 at the track.

I WHEELIED IT 1ST DAY 3RD gear thinkin it was like my CR! AND ATE IT BIG TIME bent the handle bars and tore my leg up from my ankle to my hip. needless to say iwas impressed!
