Ok I'll go first

RM Year: 2003

RM engine size: 250

Carb mods(PowerNow, Wings, JDJetting, ect..): #7 slide

Air Filter (stock?) Uni filter

Main jet: 170

Pilot Jet: 45

Needle model/Clip position: N8RH 2nd

Air screw: 1-1.5 turns

Altitude where you ride: 500'-2000'

Temps:60-70F

Reeds: Vforce3

Pipe/silencer: stock expansion, PC 296 silencer also PC works and 304 silencer

Head mod: stock

Other mods(FWW, ect.): 10oz FWW, Hinson clutch basket

Type of fuel: 2 parts 91 pump to 1 part Avgas 100ll

Type of Premix/Ratio: Amsoil Interceptor 31-1

Type of Trans oil: Bel Ray gear oil

Type of riding(MX, trails/technical, desert ect): A level Woods racing and some MX, soft terrain, mud, sand, rocks, etc

Where in the powerband do you ride (Lugger/Bottom End, or Wide Open - Top End): Lugger in the tight, screamer in the open

Rear Tire: Bridgestone 404

Degree of satisfaction: 9

Notes: This was a cheap project bike I rebuilt from the ground up to be my woods racer this year. Very happy with the outcome. First race is this weekend so the real test begins....

Pipe/silencer: PC Platinum and 304 silencer

Head mod: milled just enough to clean up the gasket area

Other mods(FWW, ect.): Full henson clutch system, Marshal suspension, RG3 clamps, Renthal twin walls,

Type of fuel: 91 pump

Type of Premix/Ratio: Klotz 32-1

Type of Trans oil: 10w-40 oil

Type of riding(MX, trails/technical, desert ect): MX, soft terrain

Where in the powerband do you ride (Lugger/Bottom End, or Wide Open - Top End): WFO

Rear Tire: Dunlop MX31

Gearing (sprokets): 13/51

And finally: how much spooge 1) none, 2) little, 3) medium, 4) lots: none, but it will leave the rear fender with a smoke tint.

Notes: I like this bike better than my 06 YZ450F.

Pipe/silencer: stock and spes (spes takes it quicker in revs, but revs out pretty quick too, thats why i prefere the stock one)

silencer is stock, but cut off 5cm for better high powerband power

Head mod: stock

Other mods(FWW, ect.):

Type of fuel: 95 or 98 pump

Type of Premix/Ratio: plutoline, 3%

Type of Trans oil: 10w40

Type of riding(MX, trails/technical, desert ect): mx races, heavy dirt, hard pack track

Rear Tire: pirelli scorpion

Gearing (sprokets): 14-49

Degree of satisfaction: i always get a boner

Notes: i bought it with 14-49 gearing, goes fine if the piston is new

as the piston wears, it gets harder to keep it reving in 3rd when coming out of a corner (depends on the track), but i orderd 13-50 now, i'll see what that gives

I tried JDjetting but couldn`t figure it out. Bogged when I went from 1/4-full trottle.

I was thinking the same thing the other day and was going to revive this thread, but you beat me to it ?

Temps: 35-85

Reeds: The engine has case induction. I can't remember if I ever put in aftermarket reeds.

Pipe/silencer:Answer aluminum silencer with a Sparky.

Head mod: None.

Other mods(FWW, ect.): 3.7 gal desert tank.

Type of fuel: 91 pump gas.

Type of Premix/Ratio: Yamalube/ 32:1

Type of Trans oil: Varies.

Type of riding(MX, trails/technical, desert ect): Desert

Where in the powerband do you ride (Lugger/Bottom End, or Wide Open - Top End): Everywhere

Rear Tire: Still has stock tires. I think it's a Dunlop. Don't remember the size, probably 4.60/18 or 5.00/18.

Gearing (sprokets): Stock gearing. Don't remember the number of teeth.

Degree of satisfaction: For a 30 year old bike I really can't complain. It runs rich in the midrange but I can't find a replacement needle jet that will fit this carb.

Notes: Bike is a blast to ride, just bought it used, so it had some issues. Lost a piston after only riding about 10 hours on it. It has a noisy clutch that bothers me at times. Performance wise - A+ though!
