Amsoil 10/40 is the best for that bike.

I have to disagree on that statement. I feel a group V ester oil is better.

Absolutely not. Use only an oil that at least meets API SG/SH, preferably one that was made for 4-stroke motorcycles that ran the engine oil in the trans and clutch and are labeled as meeting JASO MA/MA2.

ATF is almost always labeled as "not for use in engines", and while it is useful as a flushing oil, it should never be used as a primary engine lubricant.

I frequent bobistheoilguy forums......seen many oils do as good. People need to spend money on UOA's to determine that....a fella under the name Sunruh has done such a thing on many oils. The results will surprise you.

The guys that claim the oil they run is the best oil ever made, with no scientific data to back up their claim, crack me up.

There's plenty of good oils oil there. Pick one that's a proven product and go with it, change it regularly, and you'll be fine. End of debate.
