leaking coolant from tiny pinhole under water pump on 04 yz450f? any one know why?

there is a tiny pinhole under water pump on my bike, its a factory made hole in the water pump not a crack or break. leaks only when bike is running. i need some help.

The seals need replaced. Both the water and oil seals. I would also replace the impeller shaft as it get worn also.

x2. Fill it up with with distilled drinking water(from a bottle) for now but it sounds like u need new gaskets/seals.
