I have recently installed a pro-meg exhaust on my 01'426 and according to the pamphlet I got with my pipe it said I don't have to install the disks in the end of the pipe. This sounds like a new notion to most people and may be wrong any input would be appriciated. Thanks.

I have had several different white Bros. exhaust systems and have found that with no discs the bike has quicker throttle response. i prefer no discs when not racing.

let me clarify when I say that I prefer no discs when I am not racing. I mean when I am not in desert races where you need the spark arrestor. If I do not need the spark arrestor then I definitely prefer no discs
