good bike for dunes??

i am thinking about getting a yz 450f and was wondering if this is a good bike for dunes. i was thinking that with the high rpms that it would kill the motor fast, or if i just keep up on oil changes and maintenance will i be fine? i have a yz 125 right now btw. sorry for the silly question, just looking for opinions:bonk:

only thing i've ran into with the yz450f is that it'll heat up pretty quick if not moving ( no fan on the radiator) just shut it off any time you stop and you'll be good. make sure to keep fluids in check
