I hate to mention but my
2004 EXC 450 just clicked to
50 hours
its just sad that i havent had time to ride her.

1 ac pump diaphragm

runs great, never started as a 250, got it with 5hrs on it in 2006 :bonk: dealers personal bike

Bought my KTM with 12 hours on it, have put 105 more on it in the past 14 months.
It has not got much love since I picked up my YZ...

Sold my 08 530exc with 300hrs, Did new piston kit before sold

My 12 500exc has 55hrs on it now with no issues at all
Have fitted
FMF Q4 Muffler
JD 6x Tuner
Tubliss
Fat Ass springs
Trail Tech map switch
Air bleeders for the forks

500exc, 52 hours, desmogged, JD tuner still sitting in the box, has been flawless

Yep it made a difference. I have only set it to the reccommended settings. I think I need to adjust the acc pump just slightly
