how much fork oil does a 2009 kx250f take

i change the seals in my 2009 kx250f n i dont know how much fork oil to use wen refilling them, help is much apppreciated thank u

Your bike holds 319-415cc of fork oil

Usually 350 ml is good. You can always add more later through the small air bleed holes if you need more bottoming resistance.

370 ml is stock.

i weight in about 210 dressed,my outside shock i put in 360 cc and the inner cartridge is plum full!!
