07 YZ450 Brake Pedal question

I threw on a new Hinson Clutch cover and my brake pedal is right on the cover? I didnt have time to call Hinson today before they closed. Any suggestions? Put a spacer on? or how can you lower the damn lever. I adjusted the screw on the clevis and it did nothing.

I would just bent it out a little bit to get the clearance that you need from the clutch cover. You could use a spacer though.

Your brake lever seems a little high...it is adjustable, just look at the adjuster and use your mechanical reasoning skills.

Mechanical reasoning skills needed a bit of help but it got figured out. It was all about lowering it.
