Neither one!!
Their bike quality makes the Chinese bikes look like Ducaties.

Having worked on OCC,Jeese James and a few others they all suck if you want to ride them. The only one of that genre that I consider rideable is Roger Borget's stuff. Still limited but I have a father and son who've put over 50K miles on a pair. They actually tour on them. Only thing they pack is a gold card or two. :smirk:

Paul Jr. But, it's hard to know if what I see on the tube is PJ the character or the real PJ. After all, it is reality TV. What I appreciate, even though I'm not into choppers is people making a living doing what they love. Life is too short to spend your time at a job of obligation.

I stopped watching the show sometime ago, but enjoyed the characters in the shop more then to Paul Jr or Sr.  Its to bad that the past press that has befallen them about the juice use of Sr and the entire docu-drama but as stated its a reality show and people get into it.  I was asked about them last night at dinner with some friends and we rolled off to Sheen.  What is not discussed is the Shear Genius behind the madness of either.

But I got to add I pull for Paul Jr and Mikie, seem to connect more with them and it seems they really enjoy it,, good for them

It's a only a TV show. Mindless entertainment.  Come on guys, quit being so serious about it.  I like sitting on the couch after a long day at work, crack a cold one and watch American Chopper.  If the show has to do with gearhead stuff, I likes. All of Sr's drama queen antics are getting tired though....

To answer the poll, I choose Paulie :ride:

I can't see how either of them stay in business selling only a couple of bikes a year. I saw on another site that OCC had filed for bankruptcy a couple of months ago. A guess the TV money and merchandising money dried up.

Paul Sr. over paid for his new building. It is not worth what he paid, so he stopped paying the mortgage in an effort to get the bank to write off the difference in value. Typical scumbucket move. I hope the bank sues him. Who does Paul Sr. think will eat the write off? The bank who one way or another, passes the loss off you you and I.

He makes the human race look like an embarassment. Guy like him get loads of money while hardworking, honest people get screwed over. Society has its' head on backwards. So I flat out refuse to watch the show to reduce advertiser revenues and make my case every chance I get.

Super Rat makes pretty cool bikes.  Shinya Kimura's stuff is cool, crude but cool.

The OCC crap is a disgusting example of what happens when you forget your roots and sell out. That is not chopper culture.Chopper culture is alive and well on backroads, dim lit streets, forgotten neighborhoods, campfires, campgrounds and in the hearts of people who scrape together every penny to keep their bike on the road.My father built his own bikes out of parts he found and could afford.I have done the same besides my dirt bike.Choppers are built with blood, sweat, tears and desire to ride a badass scoot,or just to build because it's your passion.Money is always a issue if you are building for a living but not to the point of these ass holes.Make a living not a killing.I despise these fags.

I think their stuff is bloated and ugly.  Like here lets put 200lbs of crap on a bike and make it hard to ride.  None of those bikes are meant to ride more than a hundred miles or so.  Didnt one of them only have like a 2 gallon tank or some crap.  Those bikes have to weigh more than a full loaded harley.

You own a James bike? If so how many miles? A couple photo's would be cool too. I ended up rebuilding James's Yamaha R1 a few years ago and it was a mess.

I built this about 10 years ago and it's what I consider a rideable custom. In fact last I heard it's got 30K miles on it w/o any trouble.
