where can you order dust covers for front forks? seat covers? and other parts for a 78 YZ 400?

Go to your local dealer. THey might not have it in stock but you will get it.

I would be interested in this info. I am in the process of rebuilding a Yamaha HL500 (any one who doesn't know what this go to www.h2ooh.com/aberg/ ) and need a 81 yz 465 front no. plate to fit the front end :)

Regarding a seat cover try www.mxm.co.uk They are fairly slow but their covers are good and well priced
