Are there any aftermarket exhaust systems for the 2008 450? Will the 2009 system fit the 2008. I'm looking for a lighter exhaust for my 2008 TE 450

Arrow makes exhaust systems exclusively For husky Bikes. I've got one on my 08 te450 and like it. Quite a bit lighter, a bit louder And with the 02 plug and resistor mod made the bike run much smoother. You should be able to get it at any dealer like halls, motoexotica Ect. I don't think the 09 will work with the 08.

Jason is right. I researched this ALOT for a buddy last year and I doubt it has changed. The 2008's had a unique system. 2009 and 2010 are the same and don't bolt up to the 2008. There is no aftermarket for the 2008 like there is for the 2009 and 2010. Your only option is the Arrow Powerup slip on for the 2008 exclusively. But its a good pipe, flows better, lighter, but is louder too. You could purchase or make/ modify the insert (spark arrestor) to be quiter if need be.

Somebody has told me the TC 2008 std exhaust that is Titanium will fit the TE 450 2008. has anybody tried this & does anybody know if this is true? also is the TC exhaust a performance (non cat) Arrow system?

the TC should be a MX pipe - so no cat in it,

as to wether you need the TC headers too,

The TE has the cat in the rear can and the TC doesn't, also the TC exhaust is made from titanium so you'd get a weight saving compared with TE system.

Can i fit and then get a husqvarna dealer adjust the fueling via i-beat? will i-beat allow you to adjust fueling on 2008 ECU?
