To the OP, you need to test ride the bike. If there are any performance issues, then yes, making one or more jetting changes is needed.

Have you opened up the airbox? I would suggest 168 main and 48 pilot. I ride that jetting everywhere from 2,000' to 9,500' elevation with a minor tweak in the fuel screw at the higher elevations.
