Just got a 2011 kx250f, I bought it used so I don't know the history on it. It's hard to start though, for a new bike anyways. I kicked it probably 25 times today and it still didn't start, it was probably flooded by this point, but I thought it should be easier to start. Any ideas?

Did you use the choke?
Also, find tdc, then return the kick starter all the way up, the kick slowly but deliberate.
If you kick too fast, the auto decomp will not work.

And followed the instructions per xplants and kawasakis instructions, worked like a charm.

I take it these bikes don't like to be kicked on like a two stroke?

No I guess they don't. You can't touch the throttle when starting it and have to find TDC then kick, but if you do that then it's easy to start.

You can't flood you're bike. haha You have no carb. 2 kicks slow 1 kick fast works every time. Let it warm up before you turn the choke ff.
Ever findout if you got a stolen bike?

That is incorrect.. yes you can flood this bike..
Do you think the injectors just wait for the engine to start running before it dumps fuel? Nope.. It injects fuel reguardless if theres fuel in it allready.. No oxygen sensor to tell its got fuel..

check valve clearance bought my bike used and it got hard to start after one ride(in the middle of nowhere and it wouldnt start) fixed valve clearance and made sure timing chain was right ( timing marks were off, so i went by piston height and she starts all the time now!
