98 carb ?

The throttle slide lifting lever is adjustable on the 98 carb, but the manual doesn't explain the proper setup. This adjustment positions the height of the lifting lever distance from the shaft itself. The manual shows this on page 4-13,step 9.

I do not know exactly what you are refering to, but an area that might help. In the wr area of thumpertalk in the technical section there is a column on adjusting the throttle shaft. this might help
