Looking for a hydraulic clutch kit for 2010 YZ450F. Magura nor ARC don't have them for 2010. at least not listed on their web. Are there any manufacture who build them for this bike?

Thanks.

Magura has one for the 2010, you have to call them to order it. It comes with a folding lever now.

Thanks! but I don't know about calling Germany.... I'll just e-mail them and see.

HRC, that got to be special factory parts. Akira Narita, Yamaha's main guy here in Japan, don't even have one on his bike. Thanks though.

It´s probably a YR R&D product (Yamaha-Rinaldi)

I dunno, my 2010 has the smoothest and most consistant clutch pull I have ever felt on a dirt bike.

Maybe because it's still a brand new cable and unworn cam on the clutch actuator, but it's very nice.

once you go hydro you dont go back, auto adjustment and smoooth consistant feeling is totally worth it

Really not a big deal unless you find yourself needing to trim the adjuster constantly (in which case, you should try to solve that problem). Hydro actuators don't play well with a Rekluse, either.

what kinda problems did your hydro have with your rekluse?

I've got 2 different autoclutch setups with hydro clutches, no problems so far

one of the best mods on my 426, was the hydro clutch, I do not ever want to go back to cable clutch setups

With the Z-Start Pro, the cable goes slack at idle when the clutch disengages. Under those circumstances, the hydraulic slave cylinder will immediately extend and "adjust" to that. Then, when you accelerate, the slaves holds the pressure plate way from the plates, delaying clutch engagement until the fluid in the slave is pushed back upstream to the master.

odd, my zstart pro does not do that

I rode my friends '10 CRF450 and it has a hydro clutch on it. You can pull it in with just your index finger with minimal effort. It almost reminded me of pulling in a front brake with a massive amount of air in the line. I wouldn't mind having one on my bike.
