Grey wire? what's the story?

:excuseme:Can someone please enlighten me about this grey wire. Where to find it and where to cut it. I have a WR450 and I would like more bottom :moon:end. Also does this mod apply to the WR250?

I'm pretty sure that the gray wire is only on Us bikes for epa reasons.I don't think yours has one or it's already disconnected.But if i'm wrong here's a pic.... http://us.f1.yahoofs...Ci9XD_A2OrwQtXm

I just bought WR450F here in Iceland (EUROPE). It does indeed have the grey wire as the USA does. But it comes standard with softer fork and shock springs than the USA Type and no throttle stop or other restrictive stuff.
