Just thought I would share this.

I recently purchased a book titled "Pro Motocross and Off-Road Motorcycle Riding Techniques". It's a Donnie Bales and Gary Semics thing.

Anyways, it's great and I highly recommend getting a copy, even if you think you know everything, (like me).

The set-up and equipment section is worthless, but the rest of the book more than makes up for it. It covers all types of racing and includes a special section on four stroke riding mostly via Doug Henry's background.

Has a whole lot of photos with very detailed explanations, which you really have to pay attention to. One sentence can say a lot. And both of these guys are into the mind over matter thing. A lot of positive thinking methods, mental prep work, and quotes to keep you thinking "win win win".

It's about $20 on Amazon. Humbling and well worth it.
